Phone consults are typically 60 minutes long. After our call I will provide you with exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle guidelines based on your goals and current circumstances. You can expect specific macro and calorie targets as well as detailed advice on what your training should look like. I will also recommend a specific program if applicable. Some guidelines I suggest may be related to your lifestyle.

Ten days before our call you will start tracking your food and steps. Each morning leading up to our call you will text me your steps and  food logs from the day before. Do not make any changes, I will need this information to accurately reflect your current food choices and level of activity.  You will also send a few pictures and videos so that I can assess your posture and movement.
