AMP is amazing and it really changed my life. My goal: get strong, be healthy, lose weight, eat better and this program accomplished all of it plus more. I was new to strength training and AMP (with the easy to follow videos included) gave me the confidence to give it a try. And 8 months later I’m still hooked! The nutritional aspect is maintainable too because you aren’t low carb or low calorie every day. You have days you are and days you aren’t so you get balance. Which is huge for me. I’ve lost 41 lbs and AMP is to thank. Best money I ever spent.

So happy with this no b/s guide. I’ve been struggling with putting together all the info out there to achieve my best healthy self. After being a a super low cal high intensity lifestyle with terrible results and health declining, I struggled to keep on a path that promotes a happy body with out packing on the unwanted weight. Jess’s amp program lays it all on the table in a doable no bull way. Highly recommended to anyone who is stuck and needs that knowledge on what to do and how to do it. So happy I found this 10/10. ❤️

Fantastic program!! Great, clear videos on how to do the exercises and a good, slow method to increase calories. Definitely recommend!!!

I’m currently at the end of phase 2 of this program. My calories are up by 200-300 a day, I’m gaining strength, and I feel good. Who knew you could eat more, do less cardio and not gain weight! Really looking forward to the cut phase after I get my calories up a bit more!! This program gives a step by step solution for people like me who have been eating too little while working out and wondering why no changes are happening. Just with the few positive changes I’ve seen so far, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel now!
