My experience with Jessica has been nothing but positive. I initially signed up with her in March 2019 to help improve my metabolism and prepare my body for pregnancy. I really wanted to improve my relationship with food, exercise and overall well being. I also wanted to prepare my body for a healthy pregnancy and I believed that Jessica was the perfect person to help me out with that. Her holistic and gentle approach to health was so refreshing. She taught me how to focus on fueling my body with nutrient dense foods, track and journal what I was doing on a daily basis, and improve my relationship with exercise. Jessica and I worked together for a total of 5 months and although we were not able to get to the point where she felt like I was in a solid place to cut calories for weightloss purposes, she helped me tremendously increase calories and maintain my weight, improve my sleep, decrease the amount of cardio I was doing, increase muscle and decrease overall inflammation in my body. I never felt better and I couldn’t thank Jessica enough. A month after I stopped working with Jessica my husband and I tried for baby and on our first try we found out we were pregnant a few weeks later! I really believe her help and coaching made this possible and I am forever grateful for her help and support.
Without hesitation I would recommend Jessica to anyone who’s trying to improve their health the right way. She’s the best of the best!
